All payments are final. Registration fees, deposits, and all payments made to Afro Nudist ATL are non-refundable and non-transferable for any reason, including personal emergencies, illness, travel disruptions, weather events, or failure to attend.
Participation is voluntary and at my own risk. I assume full and sole responsibility for my health, safety, and personal well-being throughout the event.
Afro Nudist ATL is not liable for damages. I release Afro Nudist ATL, its organizers, affiliates, contractors, volunteers, and representatives from any and all liability for injury, illness, accident, loss, theft, property damage, emotional distress, or death occurring before, during, or after the event.
Third-party venues and providers are independent. Afro Nudist ATL does not own, operate, or control any hotels, resorts, transportation providers, restaurants, clubs, or excursion operators associated with ANA10. Afro Nudist ATL bears no liability for the actions, omissions, or negligence of any third party.
I am responsible for my own conduct. I accept full responsibility for my personal behavior, including alcohol consumption, substance use, and all consensual adult decisions. Afro Nudist ATL assumes no liability for any consequences arising therefrom.
